Okie Dokie its still ultra ice out and therefore I can't really run outside so I went to the Y and they closed early cuz of it :-( BUT I did take a friend to get new shoes at the Big Peach Running Co and it really worked out for her :-) So, that was good :-)
Didn't run....dang ice!
