I did seven miles today in approximately 1:20 that is very good for me. I felt like I was running well. I was rested and my body for the most part felt healthy :-) I did a cool down and stretched for awhile then ate a granola bar had Gatorade and water. When I got home I felt fine but when I sat down....I'm nodding off haha I hoped that if I wrote in my blog it would stimulate me more but thus far, no such luck. Oh well, I'm not superwomen...at least not yet hahaha :-D
