Out of town....all day....at UGA with Kailah attending seminars and driving. So, I took a second rest day, besides there's no way I could run 400 miles that's how far it was to get there and back!! 13.1 about kicked my butt....oh wait a minute, IT DID there's no "about" about it!!!
