September 21st 2010 Running Blog

I felt so great all day and when I went out to run it was the most sloppy thing you'd ever seen. I seriously felt 20lbs heavier and had no form of body control. My feet were shuffling, limp, leaning....HOWEVER!! This morning I woke up and weighed myself....um I somehow from the time I went swimming (which was in the evening) and waking up I was three pounds lighter. That will set the pace of a good day whether you're on your game or not :-) I did think the reason I was so weak today had to do with swimming but I'd still like to swim more. I felt good inside :-)
