May 5th 2010 Running Blog

The truth is.....instead of running I got a pedicure....trying to forget my day yesterday....bad huh?

However, I did feel bad so I did a weight lifting track set up by my husband for cross training...OUCH!! I think I'll go run!!

  1. Days down from running are so important. Take it from anyone, the more days you stay healthy the more days you can run. The lesson of the running-blog girls.

    Everyone gets injuries running, those who don't are so fortunate. Days off keeps that at a minimum.
