I know I'm not a fairy but 4 turned into 5 today because someone believed I could. Thank You Janet :-) It suddenly became to me, "I do believe in Toni, I do, I do! I do believe in Toni, I do, I do!" This is her motivational motto - Why do 4 when you can do 5? ;)

ReplyDeleteGood Job!!! Oh days off are just from running. You can probably do something everyday. Should have light days/days off, as the body does need to rest.
